HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
CANDLE CARE
Extreme care should always be used when burning candles. To ensure maximum enjoyment of our candles please ensure that you follow our tips for Candle Care and Safety in your home.

To prevent fire and serious injury:
Trim the wick to a 1/4 inch (about 6mm) EACH TIME before lighting the candle. This will keep smoke and soot to a minimum and ensure that the flame does not burn too high.
DO NOT burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time as the candle can get too hot and catch fire.
Take care when lighting a candle – use a long-stemmed electric lighter to avoid burning your fingers when the wick is low in the container.
Burn the candle within sight. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep the candle away from drafts and vibration. Keep the candle out of reach of children and pets.
Never place the candle on or near anything that can catch fire. If your candle came with decorations, please remove these before burning.
Candle containers will become hot. Do not move burning candles and take care in handling containers after extinguishing the candle.
Always leave 1/4 inch of unburned candle at the bottom of each container to keep containers from cracking.
Always remember to extinguish the candle completely before you leave the room.
YOUR CANDLES FIRST BURN
When you burn your Decadence Candle for the very first time please remember to allow your candle to burn for at least three to four hours. The reason it’s important to do this is that Soy Wax has a memory. If you don’t allow your candle to create its first burn memory this can cause the candle to tunnel down the centre of the container, which can cause a poor scent throw. Allowing your candle to create its first memory burn will help your candle to reach a full melt pool of wax and increase your scent throw.
